Starship makes a full circle in earth orbit and lands!
Thanks to its ability to travel at high speeds, Starship can undertake tasks such as carrying satellites in low orbits around the Earth, carrying passengers for space tourism, and being sent to the Moon and Mars. In addition, the rocket can also be used for interplanetary cargo transport missions.
Starship, which is a 50-storey building, that is, 120 meters high, has a load capacity of 100 tons. This rocket, called Super Heavy, is fully reusable just like Falcon 9s, and is powered by 31 Raptor engines.
SpaceX has already started the first test flights for Starship. In fact, a prototype of the rocket successfully made a high-altitude test flight in 2021. In 2023, it will begin its first manned flights. In the test to be held today, it is expected to make a full tour in Earth orbit and make a successful landing.
