Lawyer Bill Morgan says that the removal of XRP from Ripple’s liquidity center could be a big piece of evidence for the company if the case goes to court.

Members of the XRP community shared their thoughts on Ripple’s removal of XRP from the recently launched Liquidity Hub solution. Leading XRP influencer Mr. Huber stated that a year after Ripple’s lawsuit with the SEC, XRP’s Liquidity Hub solution would be the first entity it would support.

Ripple Community Expresses Reaction

Huber added that this statement has motivated many to buy XRP from the bottom, with the expectation that the price will rise once the product is released. However, things didn’t go as planned when Ripple removed XRP from Liquidity Hub’s list of supported assets.

Reacting to the development, pro-XRP Attorney Bill Morgan said that Ripple’s decision to remove XRP from the product could be used as a great proof if the case goes to court.

Bill Morgan, in his post on the subject, made the following statements: “If the issue that Ripple products do not need XRP and that XRPL and XRP can work without using XRP in all of Ripple’s proprietary products, it could be great evidence for the trial. XRP holders should not worry.”

Ripple’s Liquidity Hub product was launched last week. Liquidity Hub supports many crypto assets including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Bitcoin Cash. Although Ripple initially announced that the product would also list XRP, it later removed it from the list. This development sparked controversy in the community, prompting Ripple to make a statement to address concerns.

Making a statement on the subject, Ripple attributed the delisting of XRP to the ongoing regulatory pressure on XRP. Ripple has promised that XRP will be included in the Liquidity Hub once the regulatory clarifies in the US.
