RTX 4070 specs are starting to get clear
The shared screenshots do not mention the CUDA core count of the RTX 4070. However, we see that the card will have 36MB of L2 cache. This value is slightly lower than the 48MB size of the RTX 4070 Ti model. Let’s also remind you that the last generation RTX 3070 Ti and RTX 3070 GPUs have 4MB L2 cache.
Shared images show that the RTX 4070 will draw an average of 186W of power. That is less than the 200W TPD that will appear at launch. Let us also remind you that this figure is lower than the average power consumption of the RTX 3070 Ti and 3070. Apart from that, the RTX 4070 will come with 3rd generation RT and 4th generation Tensor cores. RTX 4070 pricing will be on par with the launch price of the previous generation RTX 3070 Ti. The card is expected to debut on April 13 with a price tag of $599.
