But of course, turning off this feature will not be that easy. Meta officials, who hide even the simplest account deletion or freezing options among dozens of tabs, are preparing to cause difficulties for users who want to turn off this data collection option.
According to the allegations, Meta will only offer this feature to users living in EU countries, and a valid reason must be provided for the feature to be turned off. Unfortunately, users who apply to this system, which will not be made available in our country, will have to fill out a complaint form, and on the form, users will have to clearly state exactly for what reasons they requested the feature to be turned off. The data of users who cannot convince Meta employees will continue to be collected.
