FTX’s European branch, FTX EU, has launched a website that allows European customers to submit withdrawal requests.
FTX EU was approved by the Cyprus regulator in March 2022, about seven months before FTX collapsed in November. According to a news in Finance Magnates, the domain name of the new website has been determined. It is reported that the domain name designated as “ftxeurope” has been approved by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission. Referring to an e-mail received by FTX Europe, the report stated that the new website will not provide any services other than refunds to affected customers.

Reports were presented on the website of FTX EU, which allows European customers to withdraw funds. The following statements were generally included in the report; “Please note that our new domain www.ftxeurope.eu has been approved by our regulator, CySEC, as you well describe. The website will only be used so that all FTX EU LTD customers can claim their FIAT balance. No other service will be provided other than withdrawal requests of EU users.
