According to the statement made by the General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs, citizens whose residence addresses were in cities affected by the earthquake before February 6 will be able to move their residential addresses to other provinces or places where they temporarily stay via e-Government.
The victims whose houses have become unusable will be able to show places such as caravans, tents, prefabricated houses, dormitories, nursing homes as their residential address. Citizens who wish will be able to change their addresses through civil registration offices or censusmatics instead of e-Government.
