Kusama shared a link to a Spotify song on Twitter, adding the phrase “I repeat as I finish” to his post, suggesting that the protocol is in the final stages of development. With this tip, Shibarium may be nearing completion and will be ready for release soon. The Shiba Inu token has become a prominent member of the crypto-asset industry, gaining support from a passionate community known as the SHIB army. This dedicated group of crypto enthusiasts is eagerly awaiting the imminent launch of Shibarium, an update to the existing Shiba Inu ecosystem. However, their patience may soon be rewarded, as the release of this much-anticipated update could be soon.
Lead developer Shytoshi Kusama recently shared a Spotify link to La Veda Nero’s song “Dueno” on Twitter. In the accompanying thread, he explained that this was repeated as they worked to complete Shibarium, Blockchain’s upcoming beta launch announced in early 2023. Also, Kusama is updating the SHIB army about the layer-2 protocol. With this latest post being shared, many are eagerly awaiting its imminent arrival.
He thanked the community for these thousands of submissions, adding that it made the SHIB army stronger and “even stronger with Shibarium.” Kusama decided to clarify a few things about the upcoming release of Shibarium Beta. “Everyone is welcome to the Shibarium,” he said again. According to her message, there were “some incredible references” to the intake form published in a Medium post earlier this week. The lead developer pointed out that some of the submissions made through the intake form were “incredible” and he couldn’t wait to see more. Kusama stressed that they review every incoming application and promised that responses to completed forms will be sent this weekend.
BONE selected for Shibarium
According to a blog post, Shibarium intends to integrate ShibaSwap into the platform to provide faster access to tools and services and to provide users and validators/authorizers with quick access to all staking and liquidity pools. This will be part of the protocol’s mainnet launch. Also, the imminent introduction of the TREAT token is expected to incentivize these pools and provide users with lower network fees and better incentive programs. Meanwhile, the Shibarium protocol chose BONE as its native token to reward validators and delegates and pay for gas transactions.
