If Twitter can actually do what it says, it seems like Twitter will become a much more decent medium. Because the new policy directly prohibits any details about violence.
Even asking for something to happen to someone is a ban!
Threatening someone with death, beatings or sex is strictly prohibited under Twitter’s new violence-focused policy. No other user will be threatened in any way, even to the extent of hurt. In addition, threats to individuals, such as houses, cars or workplaces, are also prohibited. In parallel with this, the situation of promoting a threat to someone else is also completely prohibited.
We can understand them. However, there is one more thing to note. Let’s say there is a person you really hate. If you wish this person to get sick, die or something will happen to them, you will be against Twitter’s new policy. With this; if a painful event has happened to someone and you say that you enjoyed it (like it’s fine!), you will be stuck in the filter again.
What will happen to those who oppose the policy?
Users who violate Twitter’s zero tolerance policy will face two situations. In case of serious violations, the account in question will be closed immediately and will not be opened again. Policy violations with a lower severity level will be temporarily blocked first. The account owner will be able to use his account again after removing the shares. However, if a similar violation occurs once again, the apology of the account that was forgiven the first time will not be accepted the second time. The account will be permanently closed.
