With the version 23.3.77 of the iOS version of the WhatsApp application, the picture-in-picture feature is now available on iPhone models during video calls. Thus, users will be able to switch to other applications while making calls on WhatsApp.

Thus, you can continue the conversation while browsing other applications. At the same time, you can move this small conversation screen to the area you want.

Stating that the new version is being distributed slowly, WhatsApp states that version 23.3.77 will become widespread in the coming weeks. The 23.3.77 version of WhatsApp brings with it a number of new features. Among these features, group names and descriptions can be up to 2 thousand 48 characters. Previously, the character limit was 512.

At the same time, just like Facebook and Instagram, WhatsApp users will now be able to use personalized avatars on iOS. To create your own avatar, you can open WhatsApp and go to Settings > Avatar > Create Your Avatar.
