Honor, which has become an independent brand by leaving Huawei, will introduce the new Honor Magic 5 series smartphones at the upcoming MWC 2023 event. While the upcoming family is expected to consist of a total of four models, namely Honor Magic 5, Magic 5 Lite, Magic 5 Pro and Magic 5 Ultimate, the base model of the series began to appear on Honor Magic 5 certification sites today.Honor Magic 5 features revealed
According to reports, Honor Magic 5 will have wired speed charging support up to 66W (11V/6A) via the included charger. Although the value in question is similar to its predecessor, Honor Magic 4, Pro and Ultimate models in the family are expected to come with 100W and higher charging speeds. However, the Honor Magic 5, which will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 platform, will be supported by a triple sensor design accompanied by a periscope camera that offers 100X zoom.
Recent leaks suggest that Honor Magic 5 will come out of the box with MagicOS 7 operating system, 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1 and a USB Type-C port. Although what is known about the smartphone is limited for now, we think that more details will emerge in the coming days.
