Titanfall, one of EA Games’ game series with one of the most different concepts and a niche player base, has a full universe. In fact, if you don’t know, Apex Legends takes place in the Titanfall universe.
Last week, we learned that Electronic Arts canceled a game set in the Titanfall universe. Now, after we learned that this game has been canceled, a few information about the game has been revealed. Let’s take a look at them.
Game inspired by Doom Eternal
The game, which is expected to be released under the name Titanfall Legends, was inspired by Doom Eternal and the game is planned to be single-player, story-driven. For this reason, the game would feature ‘Legends’ appearing occasionally to give playable characters some special abilities.
Also, Titans would become more difficult to obtain and therefore rarer during this single player experience. In Titanfall Legends, BT would play an important role in the game’s story, while Rampart would be the one to bring it back to life.
However, the news is not so bad because EA is also working on another game that has not been announced yet with Respawn Entertainment. Time will tell what we will see at that point regarding this canceled game.
