You may be tired of seeing the news about the increase in excise duty, taxes, electricity hike, fuel oil, hike in our country and in the world. But this hike news is from Tesla. Tesla CEO Elon Musk said in the first week of October that the chip crisis and logistics problems pose a threat to the company’s growth. But Tesla managed to beat profit expectations by surmounting the chip crisis and supply chain challenges that posed obstacles for competing automakers.

In the past days, Tesla announced that it will use iron-based batteries in Model 3 and Model Y as a solution to the raw material crisis. Both the chip crisis, supply problems and raw material problems have put the automotive industry in trouble, but Tesla was not expected to make such a raise. Late at night on Friday, Tesla Model Y Longe Range, Model 3 Standard Range+, Model S and Model X Long Range models were raised between $2,000 and $5,000.

The raises are as follows:

On Friday night, delivery dates changed as well as prices. The Tesla Model Y Longe Range price rose from $54,990 to $56,990, while Tesla’s only vehicle, the Model 3 Standard Range+, which was under $40,000 two months ago, went up from $41,990 to $43,990. The Model 3 SR+, on the other hand, rose from $37,990 to $43,990 this year, with a delivery date set for June.

In addition to these models, Tesla’s flagship models Model S and Model X are other vehicles that received a raise. However, this price increase only affected the Long Ranges of the Model S and Model X. The Model S Longe Range has increased from $89,990 to $94,990, and is scheduled for delivery in June. The Model X Longe Range, on the other hand, rose from $99,990 to $104,990, with deliveries set to occur in September. Tesla plans to open two more production facilities in the next few months.
