It was announced in late 2020 that Ahsoka Tano, the character who created her own fan base in Star Wars’ Clone Wars animated series, will have a live-action series named after herself. Among the many claims about the series, there was also the claim that Hayden Christensen, whom we know for his role as Anakin Skywalker in the second movie trilogy, will be included in the series as Anakin. There has been an important development regarding this claim.
We know that Rosario Dawson, who was a guest as Ahsoka in the series The Mandalorian, will play Ahsoka in this series as well. A recent comment by Dawson confirmed that Hayden Christensen would also be included in the series.
Rosario Dawson’s comment:
The news that the character of Ahsoka Tano, who created a fan base that could compete with those of the main movie characters in the Clone Wars series, would have a special series of her own, had already made the fans very happy. This news, which came months after the confirmation of the Kenobi series, which will feature Obi Wan Kenobi and which will also feature Christensen, was like a cream on honey. Later, we learned that Rosario Dawson, who successfully portrayed Ahsoka in The Mandalorian, will be the lead role here.
Both the increasing rumors and Dawson’s statement on social media, “Sky-bey, they know! See you soon, kps” comment confirmed the place of Hayden Christensen, who we know as the original Anakin, thanks to the 2nd and 3rd movies. Ahsoka was Anakin’s padawan in the series Clone Wars. Since the series will take place much later than this period, it is thought that Anakin will appear in ‘flashback’ scenes or appear as a ‘force ghost’ to Ahsoka.
