Nokia C12, which attracts attention with its price, was announced with Android 12 Go

Nokia has added the affordable Nokia C12 to its product range for the European market. The Nokia C12 adds to the company’s budget-friendly C series. On the other hand, the company added the C10 model, which it launched in 2021, to this series. We can consider the new C12 model as the successor of this product.

Nokia C12 comes out of the box with Android Go operating system. The Android Go operating system, which is a much lighter version of Android, aims to make this phone run smoother. On the specifications side, the Nokia C12 comes with a 6.3-inch screen with HD+ resolution drop notch. The phone does not have a fingerprint scanner and instead the device offers a 5 MP front camera and face unlock feature.

On the back of the smartphone is an 8 MP camera with LED flash. The textured design of the back cover is also one of the prominent features of the device. While the Nokia C12 provides protection against dust and water splashes with IP52 certification, it obtains the necessary muscle power from the 1.6 GHz octa-core Unisoc SC9863A chip. For the phone that comes with 2GB of RAM and 64GB of internal expandable storage, Nokia promises quarterly security updates for two years. The energy needed by the phone is provided by a removable 3000mAh battery.

Nokia C12 carries a price tag of 119 euros and is offered to users in Dark Cyan, Charcoal and Light Mint color options. The phone will initially be available in Germany and Austria. After a while, the phone will be available in other markets as well.
