The new owner and CEO of Twitter, famous billionaire Elon Musk, announced that a ‘Tweet scroll’ feature would come to Twitter a week ago, similar to the relationship application Tinder. In this feature, users will be able to switch between titles.
Along with his post on Twitter this morning, Musk also announced the date of the future of this feature and when a few other features will be released.
Tweet scrolling coming this week
According to Musk, the feature to switch between followed and suggested post titles by swiping right or left will be released towards the end of next week. Musk states that this feature is the first part of a major interface update.
Save tweets feature coming next week
The ability to browse at any time by saving posts on Instagram is also being added to Twitter. You will now be able to save tweets. This feature will also be added to the app the week after the scroll feature.
Finally, the longer Tweet feature will arrive in the first week of February
The long tweeting feature, which Musk announced long ago and will allow sharing long posts without the need for sites such as Tweet Longer, will also meet with users in the first week of February.
