In the past days, we shared with you the best Netflix content released in 2022 according to Rotten Tomatoes scores. Now, we have compiled the series of Disney+, which entered our country in June and became rapidly popular, according to the scores they received from Rotten Tomatoes critics.

Disney+, which has many different content from Marvel productions to National Geographic documentaries, came up with many new series this year. Let’s take a look at those with the highest scores. The list consists of productions released only this year and available in our country. Let’s also add that we also include TV shows that belong to other platforms (such as FX and Hulu) owned by Disney and that are on Disney+.

Moon Knight

Moon Knight, one of the most popular TV series of 2022, is inspired by Marvel comics. Starring Oscar Isaac, the production tells the story of Marc Spector/Steven Grant, who has multiple personality disorder and superpowers. The production, which is included in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, includes names such as Ethan Hawke, May Calamawy, Michael Benjamin Hernandez in addition to Isaac.

The Dropout

The Dropout, a Hulu miniseries, focuses on the fraud scandal as she chronicles the rise and fall of billionaire Elizabeth Holmes, who founded a company called Theranos at the age of 19. Andor

Set in the Star Wars universe, Andor was created by Tony Gilroy and began airing in September. Another Marvel production, Ms. Marvel is about superhero fanatic young girl Kamala Khan gaining superpowers. The mini-series was created by Bisha K. Ali and stars Iman Vellani, Matt Lintz, Zenobia Shroff. Although the 6-episode series is not liked by Marvel fans, it has managed to get a high score from Rotten Tomatoes.

Light & Magic

Light & Magic, the Disney+ original series, is a documentary that takes us into the magical world of movies. The 6-episode miniseries chronicles Industrial Light and Magic, the visual effects unit of Lucasfilm, the company of George Lucas, the creator of Star Wars. The production reveals the evolution of this company, which is responsible for the effects of movies like Star Wars, ET, Terminator 2, Jurassic Park, and how it revolutionized and added magic to movies.

Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi

Tales of the Jedi, the second Star Wars production on our list, was created by Dave Filoni, who was also among the producers of The Mandalorian. Created by Christopher Storer, The Bear is undoubtedly one of the most successful productions of this year. The series, which started airing in June with its first season consisting of 8 episodes and is an FX production, tells the story of successful young chef Carmen Berzatto’s return to Chicago to take over the family restaurants after her brother passed away. In the lead roles in the series, there are names such as Jeremy Allen White, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Ayo Edebiri. Let’s add that the production has been approved for the second season.
