The well-established price comparison company Uswitch, which has been serving in the UK for 20 years, determined the most beautiful villages and towns in the world by using the photos shared on platforms such as Instagram and Pinterest. In the determinations made, a region from Turkey also found a place in this list. That region was Göreme, one of the most impressive places in Central Anatolia.

According to the research conducted by Uswitch, Oia is at the top of the list of the most beautiful villages and towns in the world, with more than 1.6 million shares on Instagram and Pinterest. Following the region in Santorini, Greece, was Halong Bay, where around 1.16 million shares were made. This place is located in Vietnam and is one of the popular tourist destinations. Goreme, which comes after these two regions, has received 1.2 million shares on Instagram and Pinterest.
