Hardware components manufacturer Galax is preparing to launch the next generation DDR5 memory and PCIe Gen 5.0 SSDs, which will be included in the HOF (Hall of Fame) brand. In the company’s posts about the products, RGB lighting and design details have come to light.

Next generation HOF SSD and RAM from Galax

The new HOF memory module is different from the previous Galax design. Wrapped in RGB lighting, Galax HOF DDR5 memory will appeal to high-end enthusiasts. Technical details are not officially known yet, but the new RAM module is expected to have DDR5 speeds of up to 8000 Mbps. This value is sufficient to place Galax’s product among the fastest DDR5 memory in the world.

Galaxy will also soon launch the new PCIe 5.0 SSD model with built-in fan. The new SSD will also be part of the HOF family and will reach 12GB/s read speed. Based on the NVMe 2.0 protocol, the product will likely be called the HOF Extreme 50.

CES 2023 will take place January 5-8 in Las Vegas, Nevada. According to the information received, the number of exhibitions has already reached 2400. At the fair, which is expected to host more than 100,000 participants, presentations and product promotions of hundreds of large companies will take place.
