A group of ten players filed a lawsuit against Microsoft’s deal to buy Activision. According to information conveyed by Bloomberg Law, players argued that with the purchase, Microsoft would “turn into a monopoly”.
“Microsoft can reduce competition with acquisition”
In their statements submitted in the dossier, the players claimed that Microsoft’s acquisition of Activision would “reduce competition and create a monopoly.” For this reason, he shared that this purchase is not in accordance with US law.
