The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to hear cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase’s proposal to stop lawsuits that the company claims are private arbitration.
The judges agreed to consider whether two class action lawsuits proposed by customers suing Coinbase could move forward as the company appeals judges’ decisions refusing to compel users to arbitrate their claims.
