READING NOW SHIB and DOGE Millionaires, Look What Coins They’re Getting!

Data provided by whale watching bot WhaleStats shows that SHIB whales hold lesser-known tokens, while Dogecoin whales hold well-established altcoins like Cardano and Chainlink.

Shiba Inu (SHIB) whales also hold these altcoins

Minor changes occurred in the whale portfolios during the days when the market moved sideways following the FTX bankruptcy. SHIB whales are now choosing to make baskets from outside the top 100 more. The data shows that SHIB whales hold the most stablecoin TrueUSD and layer two protocol EasyFi (EZ). Meanwhile, the EZ price was climbing over 5% on December 4th. Whales also own SKALE, Houbi BTC and LCX tokens.

The second five are cryptocurrencies, which are also used in various DeFi and stablecoin transactions. Here are the cryptocurrencies that SHIB whales buy and their weights:

  1. TrueUSD
  2. EASY V2
  3. SCALE
  4. Huobi BTC
  5. LCX
  6. BarnBridge Governance Token
  7. SparkPoint
  8. Skrumble Network V2
  9. NEST
  10. UMA Voting Token v1

Dogecoin whales favor altcoin giants like ADA and LINK

Data provided by WhaleStats showed that Dogecoin whales prefer more altcoins out of the top 20. DOGE whales generally prefer to hold wETH, which is used in DeFi transactions. Meanwhile, some of the whales owned large amounts of Bitcoin. LYO Crediy, a multi-service application for the crypto and fiat money world, ranks first.

In the second five, we see large-volume altcoins such as Tether, Everdome, Cardano, Chainlink and Polygon. Dogecoin whales prefer to hold more well-known cryptocurrencies than Shiba Inu whales.

By the way, we quoted last week’s individual investor data in this article of Kriptokoin.com.

A newborn whale buys 1.2 trillion SHIB

According to data shared by Etherscan, about 14 hours ago, a large amount of Shiba Inu was transferred to a new crypto wallet. This marks the “birth” of a new cryptocurrency whale. The screenshot reveals the transaction of $1,983,603 at the current SHIB price. The sending wallet transferred all its Shiba Inu balance to this wallet.

However, SHIB has been listed on the cryptocurrency exchange Bitcastle. To lure more users, the exchange promises huge SHIB giveaways only when they log into the platform. Before this listing, Shiba support was also added by the Japan-based stock exchange BITPoint. Later, however, the SHIB community asked the Fidelity Investments giant to also list the meme token by applying to its Twitter account. The Shib community received a vague response that Fidelity hopes to expand its crypto spectrum beyond Bitcoin and Ethereum in the near future. No agreement was reached this time on acquiring the Shiba Inu.
