Cyberpunk 2077, one of the most anticipated games in the gaming world for many years, had an incredibly problematic debut in 2020. The game, which caused controversy and lawsuits for a long time after its release, received many updates, including a new generation patch, and gained popularity again with the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners anime published on Netflix. As of the moment, the game, which is very popular in general, will soon have its first important DLC. Disappointing information came from the content called Phantom Liberty.

Price not known yet

Last September, CD Projekt Red announced the first story DLC for Cyberpunk 2077. It has been announced that Phantom Liberty, which will take place in a brand new area of Night City and will offer brand new characters and story, will be a mercenary. CD Projekt Red PR Director Radek Grabowski, who spoke with GamesRadar+, stated that Phantom Liberty will be paid, but the price has not been decided yet. However, it was announced that the content will be cheaper than the main game.

The spy-thriller themed Phantom Liberty will continue the story of Johnny Silverhand and V, which will put the New United States of America in a pivotal role in the cyberpunk universe. The content pack, which will not be released for Xbox One, Playstation 4 and Stadia platforms, is expected to be released in 2023.
