World of Warcraft, one of the most popular MMORPGs in the game world, manages to make a name for itself over and over again with the new expansion packs it has released for years. The game, which has managed to reach millions since its release in 2004, has not received the expected attention with the expansion packs it has released in the last few years.
However, the new expansion pack World of Warcraft: Dragonflight, announced in the past months, seems to have succeeded in both impressing the old fans of the game and exciting those who want to start new.
Rivals Horde and Alliance together on dragon’s back
In the newly released cinematic from Dragonflight, we see a troll and a dwarf on dragon’s back. The Horde and Alliance members seem to be fighting together against a gigantic enemy in the sequel to the cinematic. One of the innovations that will come with Dragonflight is the expansion of the feature that has been introduced in the past months, which allows grouping between Horde and Alliance members. It is thought that this system can be integrated into dungeon and raid systems in the future.
Another crucial point in cinematic is, of course, dragons. In addition to being able to take a closer look at the story of dragons, one of the most beloved members of the WoW universe, ‘familiar faces’ appearing and exploring Dragon Isle with these stories sounds quite enjoyable.
Meet the Dracthyr Evokers
Alongside the Dragon Isle map with Dragonflight, came the first playable race/class combination characters in the history of the game: Dracthyr Evokers. While playing this race/class, your character will be able to switch between a dragon and a human form.
What do you think about the new cinematic and the innovations brought by the package? Do you think WoW will be able to return to its former glory with this new package?
