Nikolai Muchigan, a major contributor to the cryptocurrency industry and co-founder of MakerDao, was found dead in Puerto Rico. 29-year-old stablecoin innovator Muchgian has suffocated to death, local police reported. The young entrepreneur made significant contributions to the Bitshares project. He is also recognized as the architect of the popular stablecoin DAI.
Condolences to MakerDao Co-Founder

According to the news of Puerto Rico’s highest circulation newspaper, Nikolai Muchgian was found drowned on the beach. Local police reported that he died after being dragged by sea currents on the beach behind Ashford Hospital in Condado. According to authorities, Muchgian lived in San Juan.
Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson said he knew Muchgian. The duo previously worked together on the Bitshares project. According to Hoskinson, Muchgian has conducted several studies in the blockchain space.
In addition, four days before the death of the 29-year-old entrepreneur, a transfer of $ 1.6 billion was made to Coinbase. The reason for the entrepreneur’s death by drowning is not yet known. The crypto community expressed their condolences to Muchgian for his contributions to MakerDao.
