Revolut, the UK’s largest fintech firm, offers its customers a crypto cashback feature.
The company announced that it will offer 1% cashback on more than 100 cryptocurrencies.
Revolut Announces Crypto Cashback Feature
According to The Evening Standard, the fintech firm will offer its customers a cryptocurrency cashback feature.
Customers will be able to get 1% cashback in the cryptocurrency they paid for.
Emil Urmanshin, general manager of the company’s crypto division, stated that the Revolut app now offers more than 100 cryptocurrencies.
The London-based firm recently announced a new feature that will allow the use of cryptocurrencies in shopping.
Revolut is the largest fintech firm in the UK with a valuation of $33 billion. Last July, the company received $800 million in funding from companies such as Softbank Vision Fund 2 and Tiger Global.
Last month, the company received authorization to offer cryptocurrency products from the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
Last August, the company received approval from the Greek Cypriot government’s securities regulator, CYSEC, to offer crypto services in the European Economic Area. The company has 17 million customers across Europe.
The fintech firm also launched a number of crypto services in 2017.
