Apple won’t be releasing a new Mac series until the end of this year. The company had previously announced that it would release versions of the 14- and 16-inch Macbook Pros with M2 processors in the fall of 2022, but has now announced that it has postponed that date to the first quarter of 2023. It is thought that the new Macbook Pros will be released with the new operating system macOS Ventura 13.3.

Apple has rarely launched new products in January or February in recent years, so we expect new Macs to be announced in the first half of March. As proof of this, Apple’s newly announced revenues are shown. Tim Cook stated that the set of Apple products that will be on the market for the holiday season has been completed.

The new MacBook Pros will have the same design as the current 2021 models. The primary change Apple is planning is the inclusion of the new M2 Pro and M2 Max chipsets. The M2 Max is expected to contain 12 CPU cores and 38 GPU cores.
