In recent years, especially after the huge success of Redmi Note 4, Xiaomi, which has been on a rapid rise both in our country and all over the world, has started to challenge its competitors such as Samsung, Huawei and Apple in a short time. In fact, the Chinese technology giant has made a name for itself with its new flagship phones, Xiaomi 12T and 12T Pro, which it has recently introduced.
If you remember, Xiaomi introduced the new tablet, television and many more products at the event held in our country recently and announced the prices of these products in our country. Today, Xiaomi’s new laptop, Xiaomi Air 13, which attracts attention with its thinness, appeared on a Chinese e-commerce site.
Too strong for its thinness
Earlier today, Xiaomi officials announced that they will introduce the new Redmi Note 12 and a few more devices on October 27. A few hours after this announcement, JD.com, one of the largest e-commerce sites in China, accidentally added the technical information of Xiaomi’s new ultrabook Air 13 to its systems. Although the added information is removed within minutes, this information has already started to circulate on the internet.
This laptop, which has a 13.3-inch OLED touchscreen with a resolution of 2880×1800 (3.5K), offers a screen refresh rate of 60 Hz. Air 13, which will be offered with 12th generation i5 and i7 processors of the U series, Intel’s “ultra low power consumption” processors, comes with 16 GB LPDDR5 RAM and 512 GB storage.
It is stated that the battery of the computer, which is specially designed for low power consumption, will be approximately 4920 mAh. Weighing 1.2 Kg, the laptop will be only 12mm thick. It is also among the shared information that the Air 13, which comes with a fingerprint reader on the right side of the case, will have two Thunderbolt ports, WiFi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2 support.
Although clear information about the laptop has not yet been revealed, let’s point out to the information published by JD.com that this computer is Xiaomi’s thinnest computer and outperforms many ultrabooks on the market.
