Huawei P30 Lite refreshed with EMUI 12 and September 2022 update

Released at the same time as the EMUI 12.0.0.239 version, the September 2022 Security Update will be delivered to all P30 Lite users globally within 10 days. Only people with EMUI 12 will have access to this security software. The EMUI 12 update has also been released for the Huawei P20 and Mate 10 series.

You can find out whether this version has been delivered to you from the System & Update section of your device’s Settings. Thanks to this version, 10 security vulnerabilities with a high level of danger and 7 software threats with a medium level of danger have been removed.

Security vulnerabilities with a high level of danger:

• CVE-2021-39696, CVE-2022-20344, CVE-2022-20346, CVE-2022-20347, CVE-2022-20348, CVE-2022-20349, CVE-2022-20350, CVE-2022-20355, CVE- 2022-20358, CVE-2022-22080

Software problems with medium danger level:

• CVE-2021-3609, CVE-2022-1055, CVE-2022-20158, CVE-2022-20368, CVE-2022-20371, CVE-2022-27666, CVE-2022-29581

In EMUI 12 released by Huawei, innovative interface design, gradient screens, simple black, white and blue color tones offer a clean and refined look. The Control Shortcut has also been updated in this release, allowing you to adjust the size and weight of the font with the scroll tool.
