According to the Galaxy S23 Ultra images updated by Steve H McFly, the device may have a thinner metal frame and a more rounded edge handset than the Galaxy S22 Ultra. Previous images had shown that the rear camera layout of the Galaxy S23 Ultra would be similar to the Galaxy S22 Ultra. It is also said to have power and volume buttons on the right side of the device, while an S Pen slot, SIM tray, charging port and speaker grille are located at the bottom.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. It is also said that the sensor to be used in the Galaxy S23 Ultra will be 200MP ISOCELL HP2. Apart from the main camera, the other three sensors are expected to remain the same compared to its predecessor. This means that the S23 Ultra may continue to feature a 12MP ultra-wide camera and two 10MP telephoto camera sensors with up to 100X zoom.
