Users of the hacker forum Hacker News have discovered a series of search queries that disable Google’s search engine. These queries were causing the search engine to crash and give an error message.

The keywords that crashed Google were variations of “how many emojis”. At first, the search engine would start slow and then a message would appear: “We’re sorry, but an internal server error seems to have occurred while processing your request. Our engineers have been notified and are working to fix it. Please try again later.”.

Queries that crashed the Google search engine

Search giant Google, on the other hand, immediately responded to the reports and fixed the error, after which the search engine started working normally. There doesn’t appear to be any issues with these search results at this time, but it is thought that other yet undiscovered queries could crash the search engine.
