A popular crypto analyst says that Ripple (XRP) has one of the best looking charts in crypto. It also updates its outlook on two altcoin projects.
“When Bitcoin drops, the only altcoin I want to buy”
A closely followed analyst, known for his timely accurate Bitcoin (BTC) and altcoin predictions, says XRP is one of the strongest assets in the crypto markets. The analyst, nicknamed DonAlt, notes in a new strategy session that he is ready to buy XRP should the crypto markets witness another selling event. In this context, the analyst makes the following statement:
If I get a drop in Bitcoin, the only cryptocurrency I want to buy is XRP.
DonAlt wants to hoard XRP at $0.38 or lower. But he says he has a ‘good chance’ of not getting it. The analyst uses the following statements:

“Another run of LINK is possible”
DonAlt then looks at the decentralized oracle network Chainlink (LINK). He notes that the Ethereum (ETH)-based altcoin is on his radar due to its tendency to outperform crypto markets in a bear winter. The analyst makes the following assessment for LINK:
It’s a really interesting setup for over $8. If we get this clearing that I’m talking about, I think it won’t clearly show that power right now. However, it will show at some point. It has been outperforming Bitcoin for a while (LINK/BTC). So it’s an interesting chart for me to follow. [a] not something I would rush to buy after cleaning. But, it’s one of the things I look closely at. If you think about 2018, 2019, 2020, LINK outperformed the entire market. LINK was on the rise and I think this is a good story to follow. It’s been performing better in the last few weeks. I think another run of LINK is possible.
“Another altcoin I want to buy: Solana”
The analyst finally comes to the smart contract platform Solana (SOL). DonAlt says he also wants to pile up his Ethereum rival in case of a market-wide correction. In this regard, he shares the following thoughts:
I know there are a lot of older guys who are interested in Solana. So if they see a bottom forming in crypto as a whole, I think they’ll jump into something like Solana first. That’s why I want to buy Solana if we clear it. However, I’ll sell this relatively quickly later.
