On the eve of the launch of AMD’s Radeon 7000 graphics card series, good news has come for the Radeon 6000 series. The efficiency of RDNA 2 graphics is increased with Radeon Monster Profile software.

What does Radeon Monster Profile do?

Developed as Radeon Monster Profile or RMP, the new software aims to increase the performance efficiency of RDNA 2 graphics units by using a new voltage/frequency curve. In this way, it reduces the energy consumption of the graphics unit and GDDR6 memory by around 6 percent.

Again, depending on the operating frequency, a performance increase of around 13 percent was achieved on the AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT graphics card. There was a 21 percent increase in the frame rate per dollar.

The software does not touch the BIOS factory settings and does not change the operating voltage either. However, the better the cooling system of the graphics card, the higher the result. It has been stated that many members of the Radeon RX 6000 series meet the minimum requirements. RMP software will be integrated into Hydra software in the coming weeks. It has also been announced that RDNA 3 support will be available soon.
