China-based smartphone manufacturer Realme is preparing to launch its new flagship GT Neo 4 series. While the highly anticipated series is expected to be introduced next month, a surprise change may come from Realme. New leaks from China have revealed the processor details of the Realme GT Neo 4 series.
Coming with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1
According to reports by Digital Chat Station, Realme plans to switch to the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 platform by changing the processor in the GT Neo 4 series. As it is known, Realme GT Neo 3 was supported by MediaTek Dimensity 8100, one of MediaTek’s mid-level solutions. However, it seems that the company aims to be involved in the high-end race with the GT Neo 4 series.

Also, new leaks show that the Realme GT Neo 4 series will have a palette that offers 1220p (1.5K) resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and 2160Hz PWM. In addition, the smartphone will be available to users with 100W flash charging support.
