Sony has released a new ad content for PlayStation VR2, which it is ambitiously prepared for. The latest post for the virtual reality headset, which is expected to arrive at the beginning of 2023, features a 4K HDR display, 110-degree FOV, Headphone feedback and Adaptive triggers and haptics.

A clear date has not yet been given for when the PlayStation VR2 glasses will arrive. The company shared about the Sony title, which was eagerly awaited to be introduced last month, on its Instagram and Twitter official accounts, with a message saying “Coming in Early 2023 #PSVR2”. Sony has already shared some details about the new virtual reality glasses.
On the other hand, it has been emphasized many times before that the title was developed to increase the PlayStation 5 experience and add more realism. The PlayStation VR2 will have the same color scheme as the PS5 console and a headband-type viewfinder similar to its first version. The new virtual glasses are said to have controllers with unique vibration feedback and advanced haptics.
PlayStation VR2 will have a 110-degree field of view. It is also aimed to significantly enhance the virtual reality experience with foveated processing technology, which monitors where the eye’s fovea is focused to maximize resolution and make graphics appear more clearly.
