It is stated that the application, which can be downloaded in our country, is released in many countries for both Android and iOS users, mostly iOS. According to information obtained by Sensor Tower, the company launched the new application globally on Sunday, September 18.
What is TikTok Now and how is it used?
TikTok Now, which TikTok copied from BeReal, which asks users to share what they look like, has a similar function. The application sends random notifications every day, asking users to share snapshots or videos taken from both the rear and front cameras.
Thus, users can both share their photos with their friends and see what their friends are doing at that moment. With the ‘Discover’ section, it is possible to reach what others are doing in practice. In addition, since TikTok Now is a standalone application, it has the ability to only send photo sharing notifications, even if users have muted TikTok notifications.
