28% more powerful graphics unit
Although the A16 Bionic has the same number of graphics cores as the A15 Bionic used in the iPhone 13 Pro series, according to AnTuTu scores, the A16 offers 28% higher graphics performance than the A15. The iPhone 14 Pro was used in the test and the device received a total of 978,147 points from AnTuTu.
AnTuTu also shared a graphic comparing the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro series in detail. As you can see, the A16 Bionic is much stronger than its predecessor in terms of GPU. The A16 also scored about 15% higher in the CPU department. Although the A15 Bionic is still an incredibly powerful chip, the iPhone 14 Pro series looks like it will seriously leapfrog, especially in gaming performance. AnTuTu will also compare the iPhone 14 Pro series with Android phones in the coming days.
