Samsung introduced the new Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 foldable phones last August. In addition, it launched 2 new smartwatches called Galaxy Watch 5 Pro, which replaced the Galaxy Watch 5 and the Classic model. So how much does it make sense to buy the Galaxy Watch 5 compared to the Galaxy Watch 4?
Does it make sense to buy a Galaxy Watch 5?
Samsung is one of the best sellers in the market in accessory products as well as in smartphones. But in recent years, it has been exposed to similar criticisms against Apple. At the beginning of this is the launch of the same product with minor upgrades.
For example, the Galaxy Watch 5 model introduced in the past months is almost the same as the Watch 4, from the screen to the processor, from the size to the storage. Of course, when we look at the Watch 5 Pro, we encounter a larger device in terms of both screen and battery size. But the basic features are quite similar.
As you can see from the comparison table we prepared below, it is very difficult to distinguish these two devices by their features or appearance. Of course, it is not without its advantages. 10 percent longer battery life, some new technologies such as Bluetooth 5.2 and update support until 2026 are among the factors.
However, we can say that Samsung does not offer an upgrade to its current users here. In fact, when we want to find the 3 differences between them, we cannot see the 3rd option except for the increased battery capacity and more durable sapphire glass.
