With the decision published in the Official Gazette today, the effective date of some articles of this regulation was postponed from October 1, 2022 to January 1, 2024.
The decision to abolish the right of withdrawal for mobile phones, tablets, smart watches and computers in online shopping has been postponed to January 1, 2024. Customers will be able to shop according to the current regulation until January 1, 2024. No refunds will be made after this date.
The right of withdrawal has been lifted from phones, computers and tablets.
In addition, the decision to abolish the right of withdrawal for drones that have to be registered, vehicles that have to be registered according to the Highway Traffic Law, and products that are required to be installed by the service has been postponed to January 1, 2024.
