The request for UFO (Unidentified Flying Object) information to the US Navy was denied by the authorities on the grounds that the relevant videos were classified information and therefore it was not possible to broadcast them. This response, which followed the decision of the US Department of Defense to establish a new office to investigate UFOs or Unidentified Air Events (UAP), attracted attention.

After this date, another interesting UFO video was published by the US Navy. The Pentagon, on the other hand, confirmed that the relevant videos were recorded by the US navy.
Videos are not shared due to security concerns
Most recently, The Black Vault website had requested under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) whether there were more UAP or UFO-related videos from the US Navy. The response of Black Vault, which forwarded this request to more than one office of the US Navy, is remarkable. The U.S. Navy announced that it rejected the request on the grounds that “the videos are completely exempt from broadcasting because they contain sensitive information about Unidentified Weather Phenomena (UAP)”.
The letter, sent by the Navy to Black Vault, further stated that “publishing this information would undermine national security as it could provide valuable information to the adversary about Defense/Navy operations, vulnerabilities and/or capabilities.” description was given.
