Xiaomi, one of the successful players in the smartphone industry, continues to work on the continuation of the Civi model, which was presented to users in September 2021. The manufacturer, which also showcased the Civi 1S model in April, has now started the countdown for Civi 2. Some details about the smartphone are already known, and there is a serious increase in the number of these leaks as the launch date approaches. Finally, Xiaomi Civi 2 appeared in MIUI 13 codes.
What will Xiaomi Civi 2 offer users?
Xiaomi Civi 2 will appear with significant changes compared to previous Civi models. The biggest difference here will undoubtedly be on the processor side. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1, which was introduced in May and appeals to the middle segment, will be used on the smartphone.
The smartphone finally appeared in MIUI 13 codes. The device, which appeared with the code name Ziyi, will run the Android 12-based MIUI 13 version. This is the biggest indication that the promotional event will be held soon. In fact, according to information from sources close to the company, it will be offered to users in China this month. It is also expected to go on sale in global markets. Of course, with the rebranding method that Chinese phone manufacturers often prefer.
The model will feature a 6.55-inch FullHD AMOLED panel offering 120Hz refresh rate. Apart from that, it will support 67W fast charging. The smartphone, which will come with a triple camera setup, will probably include special VLOG modes.
