With its event, Apple introduced the new iPhone 14 models last week. The brand, which shared the prominent features offered in new smartphone models with us, did not make a statement about battery capacities. However, the battery capacities of the new phones appeared in China.
There is an increase in battery capacities except for one model
Apple did not make a clear statement about the battery capacity of the new smartphone models during the promotion. The technology giant just stated that the battery life of the four iPhone 14 models is comfortably sufficient for daily use.
According to the specifications on Apple’s website, the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max models offer up to an hour longer battery life for offline video playback than equivalent iPhone 13 models.
Since the iPhone 14 Plus is not a direct predecessor, a clear comparison cannot be made about this phone. However, in the promotion, the iPhone 14 Plus was described as the Apple-branded phone with the most battery life ever.
Three of the new iPhone 14 models come with larger battery capacity. On the other hand, the iPhone 14 Pro Max surprises with its lower battery capacity than the 13 Pro Max. Another surprising detail is that Apple offers 1 hour more lifespan, despite the lower volume of the battery.
