According to the same source, the estimated cost for the Galaxy S21+ is around $508. The iPhone 13 Pro seems more expensive to manufacture, at least when it comes to parts cost. However, it is important to note that the parts list does not include any R&D and shipping or other costs.
Another remarkable point is that the production cost of the iPhone 13 Pro is more expensive than the iPhone 12 Pro. The estimated part cost of the model that Apple launched last year was $548.
