Many companies, especially Xiaomi, Nokia and realme, produce entry-level smartphones. Wanting to increase its market share with budget-friendly devices, Samsung introduced its new model.
Samsung Galaxy Wide 6 features
The new model will be powered by the Dimensity 700 processor produced by MediaTek. The processor, which is also used in the POCO M3 Pro model, has 2 2.27GHz ARM Cortex-A76 and 6 2.0GHz ARM Cortex-A55 cores. The graphical interface is Mali-G57 MC2.
Samsung has announced that the Galaxy Wide 6 model uses a 6.5-inch HD Plus display with a resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels. The screen with a PLS LCD panel comes up with a 90Hz refresh rate.
The device, which was introduced with 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage, has a microSD card slot. The device also has features such as a side-mounted fingerprint reader, 3.5 mm jack input and NFC.
Although it is affordable, the device, which comes with a triple camera array, has a 50 Megapixel f / 1.8 main camera, 2 Megapixel f / 2.4 depth sensor and 2 Megapixel f / 2.4 macro camera. A 5 Megapixel camera is preferred for selfies.
Galaxy Wide 6 will come with a 5,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging technology. The price tag of the device was determined as 256 dollars.
