A Wallet From the Satoshi Era Takes Action

5000 BTC was transferred from a wallet created during the Satoshi era. Looking at the current Bitcoin price, this means that $101,269,500 worth of BTC has been moved.

Chinese journalist Colin Wu got the data from the Bitinforcharts website and shared the data on his Twitter account.

For the past few years, long-inactive crypto wallets have been taking action. Some of these wallets were created while Satoshi Nakamoto was still operating.

Although traders previously thought that such events would mean a price drop, it was later seen that there was no such effect.

Earlier this month, an anonymous cryptocurrency wallet that had been dormant for eight years also transferred 1110 BTC.

Colin Wu also stated that there are three more Bitcoin addresses from the same source. Two of these wallets hold 5000 BTC separately, while the third wallet has 6071 BTC.
