READING NOW Confusion: New Documents for AVAX Released!

The allegations made by Crypto Leaks for Avalanche (AVAX) continue to occupy the agenda. Emin Gün Sirer, founder and CEO of Ava Labs, denied allegations that he made a deal with the Roche Freedman law firm in exchange for about 1 percent of the AVAX token supply and a portion of Ava Labs stock. However, Crypto Leaks has released a document in response to Sirer’s statements. Here are the details…

AVAX claims do not stop

As we reported on Cryptokoin.com, on August 26, Crypto Leaks said that Ava Labs has allocated 1 percent of AVAX tokens and Ava Labs shares to law firm Roche Freedman to file lawsuits against its competitors. Roche Freedman is a law firm that has joined the cryptocurrency industry. The law firm recently filed charges against Binance US for Terra’s collapse. He sued Solana Labs, saying SOL was security.

Some of the allegations made by the platform are that Kyle Roche, co-founder of the law firm, Roche Freedman received money to support Ava Labs. Videos of accusations against rivals such as Solana and Dfinity were also released. The video shows that Roche reached an agreement with Ava Labs in September 2019 and is among the first companies to buy shares. Roche said the deal will be to provide legal services and receive payment with a certain percentage of the token supply.

CryptoLeaks releases new document on AVAX claims

However, Emin Gün Sirer described this issue as “conspiracy theory nonsense” and denied the allegations. Thereupon, CryptoLeaks has published a document that it claims is the agreement between Roche Freedman and Ava Labs. Although it is not clear whether the document is genuine, you can see CryptoLeaks’ post as follows:

In other words, according to the sharing, the Ava Labs Token distribution was made as follows in the Roche Freedman LLP and Ava Labs agreement:

  • Jason Cyrulnik: 25 percent
  • Velvel Freedman: 32 percent
  • Amos Friedland: 5 percent
  • Nathan Halcomb: 5 percent
  • Edward Normand: 5 percent
  • Kyle Roche: 28 percent

What had happened?

In a video shared by CryptoLeaks, Roche stated that it has inside information about the operations of the cryptocurrency space. He said he knew where the market was headed, as he had sued about half of the companies in the industry. Roche also said the lawsuits have distracted US-based regulators. He said Ava Labs has not been sued because the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission have other places to look.

Sirer added that he would never be involved in the alleged unethical, illegal and wrong behavior in the videos. Finally, according to the videos, Kyle Roche talked about the claims of one of the crypto money phenomena, Crypto Emre, that Emin Gün Sirer is a FETO member. After this claim, Sirer got very angry and made Crypto Emre, who was in Miami at the time, receive a court notice, with Roche’s recommendation. It is worth noting that there is no confirmed evidence on the subject.
