Garlinghouse said in his statement:

“I cannot comment on the veracity of these allegations, but I can clearly state that I have not met or spoken to Kayle Roche.”

Allegations made by Crypto Leaks were that Ava Labs was suing its competitors to distract its competitors and distract regulators in the United States. Allegedly, Ava Labs was to run these transactions with Roche Freedman by taking a certain percentage of the token supply.

The allegations were made by Ava Labs CEO Emin Gün Sirer. Sirer dismissed the allegations, calling them a conspiracy theory.
