Intel’s Arc Alchemist desktop GPU may not appear until the second quarter of 2022. The latest leaked news stated that the GPU will lag, while also sharing the drawings of what the graphics card will look like.

The leak comes from YouTube channel Moore’s Law is Dead, and a new video spotted by VideoCardz details Intel’s Q1 2022 launch for its Xe-HPG (high performance gaming) products. The talk refers to Intel’s GPUs and it is said that real Alchemist desktop graphics cards may not arrive until Q2. In other words, Intel’s GPUs for the desktop are claimed to be delayed.

You can watch the leak video here:

The theory is that Alchemist laptop GPUs will be released along with Alder Lake mobile chips to make seriously powered gaming laptops, with desktop Alchemist products arriving in the next quarter. The reason for the delay is attributed to supply chain and production cuts. And let’s not forget that anything announced should be treated with great skepticism when it comes to the GPU.

The video, published by Moore’s Law is Dead, also includes illustrations of what these next-generation GPUs will look like. However, let’s not forget that these are just drawings and real products may not look like them.
