This time, Samsung’s 2016 and 2017 flagship phones; A new update has been released for the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S8. The phones, which are no longer produced or even sold at zero, will offer a better experience to users with the published update. However, there will be no changes in the interface and technical structure of the phones.

Improved GPS on Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S8 too
The flagship phones that Samsung released years ago also received GPS improvement, just like the Samsung Galaxy J7. Samsung does not provide details in the update notes, but as we understand from these developments, there is a GPS problem in the smartphones that Samsung released years ago. The company seems to think that these phones are still used and is releasing a fix update to provide the best experience to its customer. We may see updates for different models in the coming days.
Updates contain no security enhancements
The update released for the Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S8 includes only GPS improvements. In this context; there is no improvement in the form of security update or operating system update.
