The popular messaging application Whatsapp has announced a new update for Apple’s operating system iOS. With the latest update released through the TestFlight program, the version of the application has increased to 2.21.200.11.
The update is currently in beta, but it won’t be long before it becomes available to all users. With this update, users are waiting for two new features related to chat bubbles and disappearing messages.
Chat bubbles redesigned
The redesigned chat bubbles will be rounder, larger and a darker green color than before.
Added a new tool for disappearing messages
Added a tool to manage lost messages on Whatsapp, offering different durations such as 24 hours, 7 days and 90 days. The disappearing messages option for the selected time will be active in all chats. This feature can be used by activating the “Default Message Scheduler” option in Privacy Settings in Whatsapp after the update is downloaded.
