President of the Presidency Digital Transformation Office Ali Taha Koç announced that a new integrated service under the name of “Working Life” has started, following the integrated service “My Tools” at the e-Government Gateway.
Speaking to AA, Koç stated that with the ‘Working Life’ service that will serve at the e-Government Gateway, all work and transactions related to the working life of citizens will be presented in this integrated structure.
The ‘Work Life’ service brings many different services under one roof.
Underlining that there are services belonging to many institutions under this work, Koç said in his speech, “With the ‘Working Life’ service launched at the e-Government Gateway, all jobs and processes that make up working life, such as job search, starting a job, insurance, retirement, and professional qualification, are offered to our citizens in an integrated way. presented in the building. Koç also said that the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of National Education (MEB), the Vocational Qualifications Authority, the Council of Higher Education, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, İŞKUR and SGK services are also included in this concept.
Noting that the ‘Work Life’ project was designed specifically for employees, job seekers and retirees, Koç said; Thanks to this service, retirees such as 4A, 4B, 4C monthly information, one month salary preferences, monthly deductions, bank and address change requests, barcode documents regarding monthly information, inactive and blocked pension inquiry and return application transactions from the ‘Retirement Transactions’ module. He pointed out that he could handle many different processes.
Regarding employees, Koç stated that employees can access 4A, 4B, 4C registration information from the employee module, inquire about 4C payroll, language compensation, 4A/4B disability payment information and when they can retire. In addition to this, Koç stated that working individuals will be able to access services such as personal payments, tradesman and craftsman registration / chamber information and workplace registration / no debt certificate inquiry / verification without any problems and can perform these transactions.
Easy access to many services
Koç stated that, within the scope of my Working Life service, everyone can now inquire about their entitlement to health insurance from the health module, see treatment information, prescription information, drug usage periods, access optical glass/frame, dental prosthesis right and medical equipment information, and access rest reports. He said that the ‘looking for a job’ module was included. Thanks to this service, job seekers will be able to quickly access İŞKUR registration information, apply to existing job postings provided that they are actively registered with İŞKUR, and perform course/program postings, preliminary applications and job inquiries.
In addition to all these, Koç also noted that thanks to this new service, SGK debts and configuration information can be viewed and configured, MoNE, YÖK, student and graduation information can be viewed, and vocational qualification document information can be accessed from a single screen.
